On Ashadh 15, 2082 (Nepali calendar), a bilateral meeting was held between the Joint Trade Union Coordination Center (JTUCC) and the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI). The meeting included extensive discussions on the implementation of the bilateral memorandum of understanding (MoU), the establishment of a bilateral mechanism, climate change and just transition, gender equality, and other contemporary labor issues. This meeting laid the foundation for strengthening the bilateral relationship between JTUCC and FNCCI. In particular, it opened up new avenues for cooperation on matters such as workers’ welfare, sustainable industrial development, social justice, and inclusivity.
