The 113th International Labour Conference (ILC) of the International Labour Organization (ILO) is being held this year from June 2 to June 14, 2025, in Geneva, Switzerland. The conference, which brings together governments, employers, and trade unions from around the world, includes a delegation from Nepal. Representing the Government of Nepal, the Honorable Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security addressed the conference. Likewise, the President of the Joint Trade Union Coordination Center (JTUCC) spoke on behalf of Nepali workers, and the President of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) represented the employers.

The Nepali delegation includes Mr. Jagat Bahadur Simkhada, President of JTUCC; Mr. Indra Dev Mishra, General Secretary of JTUCC; Mr. Binod Shrestha, President of GEFONT; Mr. Yogendra Kumar Kunwar, President of NTUC; Mr. Laxman Kumar Sharma, General Secretary of GEFONT; and Mr. Mukunda Prasad Pant, President of the Youth Committee of ANTUCF. The participants have represented Nepal in various sessions of the conference.
